On-site / Remote Support

Depending on the nature of an issue, on-site or remote support may be more appropriate; luckily, we offer both. Additionally, you can request on-site support and we'll be there.

Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)

Integral to our Proactive service, Alchemy offers endpoint management for non-mobile devices. Not only hastening the process of remote support, it also allows deployment of critical security patches and data collection for reporting.

Proactive Monitoring & Management (PMM)

In addition to real-time monitoring and RMM, Alchemy identifies issues before they impact you or your business by performing a daily review of every endpoint and service (by a real human!).

Alchemy is not only fully transparent, we're talkative - scheduled or upon request, we will produce a list of every item we've touched over a defined period, the work we did, and the resolution.
